Utility Surveyors Assistant - Location: Livingston, Scotland.

A vacancy has arisen for a Utility Surveyors Assistant, based in Livingston, Scotland. This will involve assisting the Livingston based utility surveyor with tracing the routes of buried services on various types of site. This is an outdoor role that requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and will involve a certain amount of travelling / working away. Standard grades in English and Maths are necessary.

Utility mapping surveyor - Location: Sale and Rugby

A surveyor with proven experience in utility mapping survey with both electromagnetic and ground probing radar technology and familiarity with the requirements of PAS128. Salary commensurate with experience and capability.

Land Surveyor - Location: Sale & Rugby

Malcolm Hughes Land Surveyors are looking for an experienced Land & Measured Building Surveyor to join their long established practice and help the company’s continuing success.

The successful candidate will be based in Rugby and will have the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy, with strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills and be able to work as part of a dynamic, driven team.

You will conduct quality work throughout the UK including Topographical Surveys, Measured Building Surveys and Laser Scanning.

This exciting opportunity will expose you to a variety of projects, where you will be expected to complete all aspects of the fieldwork using the latest survey techniques and instrumentation.

Salary: dependent on level of experience and qualifications.

CAD Operator – Location: Sale, Livingston 7 Rugby

Experienced CAD technician required, knowledge of land/measured building and utility surveys required. Use of SCC/N4CE an advantage, ability to work with point cloud data (including registration) will be looked on favourably.

40 hour week with 20 days annual leave allowance plus additional 12 days flexible leave and option to earn extra through overtime. Salary commensurate with experience.
