Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Malcolm Hughes Land Surveyors provide regular CPD presentations across the UK to various organisations.
At Malcolm Hughes we provide one hour educational Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions.
These sessions will keep your staff updated with the latest technology and surveying methods being used within the Geospatial industry.
Our presentations cover all Geospatial Surveying topics to help yourselves and your colleagues understand the different types of surveys, included but not limited to:
Measured Building Surveys
Verified View Surveys / AVR Surveys
Underground Utility Surveys – PAS128 Standards
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
We also cover tools of the trade, including but not limited to:
Drones / UAV
Laser Scanners / LIDAR
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
We have delivered hundreds of these over the past few years and with the rapid pace of change in our profession, it is always a good idea to keep up to date with the newest and most exciting innovations.
If you would rather we covered certain types or methods of survey in more details, such as PAS128 specifications, BIM, 3D Modelling, Laser Scanning etc. then please let us know and we will be more than happy to offer a tailored session covering your chosen topic in more depth.
Certificates will be issued at the end of each presentation and are able to go towards CPD company requirements.
Our 1 hour generic CPD is free of charge. If you wish to have a specialist CPD there may be a cost depending on what you would like to cover. Please book above and let us know your requirements.
