Maintaining our PUMA PAS 128 Accreditation
We are pleased to announce that Malcolm Hughes has successfully passed the 2025 annual assessment to retain our PUMA (PAS128 Utility Mapping Accreditation) status. Maintaining and reaffirming our commitment to delivering high quality, industry compliant underground utility surveys.
The PUMA accreditation, developed by The Survey Association in collaboration with industry experts, sets a national benchmark for excellence in utility detection and mapping. Therefore achieving and maintaining this standard has required consistent quality, proven processes, and our commitment to best practice.
Thanks to the continued dedication and professionalism of our team, we once again met the required criteria to retain our status. A special thank you goes to team members Chris Rooney and Stephen Layden, whose work was instrumental in preparing for and passing this year’s reassessment. Their attention to detail and thorough understanding of the accreditation requirements ensured a smooth process and our successful outcome.
Maintaining our PUMA accreditation simultaneously demonstrates our technical capabilities, while providing our clients with the assurance that our utility mapping services meet the highest standards in the industry. Moreover, it reflects the strong systems and knowledge base we have in place. Chiefly demonstrating our commitment to continual improvement across the business.
We were recently interviewed by The Survey Association and gave our insights into gaining PUMA status. Read the full article here.
