Malcolm Hughes Sponsored Davenham Rangers U13 Crowned League Champions!

We’re thrilled to share that Davenham Rangers U13, proudly sponsored by MHLS, have officially won the league!

It’s been an exciting end to the season, with back-to-back must-win games. The team secured a 2-6 victory against Frodsham (Man of the Match: Orsen Jones), followed by an emphatic 0-7 win against Northwich Vics (Man of the Match: Jack Gorst). Orsen Jones was on fire, netting four goals in each game, including two incredible long-range free kicks – one in each match!

This achievement comes after a season of ups and downs, with the squad pushing through four broken bones (only one football-related!) and numerous injuries. The boys have shown remarkable resilience, commitment, and teamwork, digging deep and supporting each other to pull off a league-winning finish in style.

Malcolm Hughes is proud to support such a dedicated and inspiring young team, and we will be celebrating their well-earned success in the Mid Cheshire Youth League

It’s a great reminder that success is rarely a solo effort, whether on the pitch or in the workplace, it’s about showing up for your team, pushing through challenges and celebrating the wins together. Congratulations to the Champions!
